Terms and Conditions
1. INTRODUCTION
This section contains information about the terms and conditions governing your use of the website, as well as information on the service you can expect from us. The website is operated by GETi Ltd Ltd (Company Number: 4892067 ), referred to as GETi/we/our/us.
Please ensure you read through these terms and conditions carefully before using this website, as your use of this website signifies your acceptance of these terms. We also advise you save a copy for future reference.
Our intention is to provide the highest quality of goods and service. If you have any queries or comments, please send an e-mail to alan@geti.cc
2. PRODUCTS
We endeavour to provide you with an accurate impression of and information on our products throughout the website, however, please note that images are not to scale and colours shown will vary according to the settings of your computer and monitor.
All of our products will be subject to a lead time during which they will be manufactured to order. Standard Lead time: 2 - 3 weeks.
3. PRICES
All prices displayed are current retail prices in Pounds Sterling and include VAT at the rate of 20%.
Whilst we endeavour to ensure that prices on the website are correct, errors can occur. If there is an error in the price of the goods you have ordered you will be contacted as soon as possible. You may then choose to continue at the correct price or cancel your order. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and have already paid for the goods you will receive a full refund.
4. ORDER PROCESS
The placing of an order on the website is an offer, not a contract of sale. You will receive an e-mail from us confirming your order. We advise that you keep the e-mail for your own records.
All orders are subject to availability and payment clearance.
Rings can be purchased online in all sizes. We make each item individually when ordered.
In exceptional circumstances, if we are unable to fulfil an accepted order, we will re-credit your credit card with the original amount and you will be notified by e-mail. Under no circumstances will we be liable for any additional amounts.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Delta, JCB, Switch, Solo and Visa Electron.
5. ENGRAVING AND PERSONALISATION
Please be aware all personalised jewellery of prints, engravings, bespoke commissions etc. are made especially to your requirements and therefore, we cannot accept returns unless we have made a mistake with your order (such as a miss-spelling). Sizing rings which have been engraved may have a higher charge to alter or may need to be remade.
6. DELIVERY & RETURNS
Please see our delivery & returns policy page for more information.
7. HALLMARKING
Titanium is regarded as a non-precious metal and therefore does not require to be hallmarked. We use our own GETi mark on all of our rings for identification only.
Recently the UK hallmarking regulations have been changed to allow for the quality marking of the precious metal elements within mixed metal jewellery under some circumstances. However in practice, as the precious metal elements themselves are required to carry the hallmark, it proves to be impractical to mark the visible outside of items inlaid into titanium. We, therefore, describe our mixed metal jewellery as titanium with precious metal and do not specify the type or quality.
8. ORDER PAYMENT
When you have selected the items that you wish to purchase, you may complete the transaction via our secure online payment gateway supplied by Stripe UK or PayPal.
9. PRIVACY
Please see our privacy policy page for more information.

Terms and Conditions for Laser Engraving Services
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of laser engraving services ("The Service") provided by GETi Ltd. ("The Company," "we," "us") to you ("The Customer," "you"). By submitting an order or item for engraving, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. The Engraving Service
1.1 Acceptance of Order
All orders are subject to acceptance by The Company. We reserve the right to refuse any order without providing a reason, particularly if the design is deemed offensive, illegal, or technically unfeasible on the submitted material.
1.2 Laser Engraving Limitations
Permanence: Laser engraving is a permanent, irreversible process. Once the engraving begins, the service fee is non-refundable.
Material Variability: The final appearance (colour, depth, and clarity) of the engraving is highly dependent on the type of metal or material of the jewellery item. We cannot guarantee that the engraving on your item will perfectly match examples shown on our website or marketing materials.
Proofing: For complex designs, a digital proof may be provided. The Customer is responsible for approving the proof, including spelling, font, placement, and sizing. Engraving will proceed based on the approved proof. Any errors found after approval and completion are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
1.3 Jewellery Supplied by The Company
If the jewellery item is purchased directly from The Company, our standard product warranty applies to the item itself, but this warranty does not cover issues arising from the engraving process (e.g., if the item is later damaged by external force at the point of engraving).
2. Customer-Supplied Items (CSIs) and Liability
This section is vital and covers items of jewellery provided by The Customer for engraving.
2.1 Acknowledgment of Risk
The Customer acknowledges and agrees that sending a personal or valuable item (including heirlooms) for laser engraving carries inherent risks, including the potential for damage, melting, discoloration, cracking, or total loss during the engraving or shipping process.
2.2 Customer Declaration
The Customer must accurately declare the material, age, and approximate monetary value of any Customer-Supplied Item (CSI) before the engraving service commences. Failure to disclose known defects or unusual material compositions voids our liability.
2.3 Limitation of Liability for CSIs
In the event a CSI is damaged or destroyed during the engraving process, The Company’s liability is strictly limited to a refund of the original engraving service fee paid by the Customer.
We will not be liable for the monetary replacement value of the CSI itself, regardless of its declared value.
The Customer is solely responsible for insuring the CSI against damage or loss for its full value throughout the duration it is in our possession and in transit.
We will make reasonable efforts to return any damaged CSI to the Customer.
3. Design Submission and Intellectual Property (IP)
3.1 Ownership of Artwork
The Customer warrants that they are the legal owner of or have the necessary rights and permissions to use any logo, crest, monogram, or artwork submitted for engraving.
3.2 Indemnity
The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold The Company harmless against any and all claims, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to any claim that the artwork submitted by The Customer infringes on the intellectual property rights of any third party.
3.3 Content Restrictions
The Company reserves the right to refuse to engrave any content that is profane, obscene, defamatory, discriminatory, or promotes illegal acts. In such cases, the engraving service fee will be refunded, less a reasonable administrative charge.
4. Pricing, Payment, and Cancellation
4.1 Pricing and Payment
All service fees must be paid in full prior to the commencement of the engraving work except where credit facilities have been extended. Any required design setup fees are also payable upfront and are non-refundable once design work has begun.
4.2 Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only if the laser engraving process has not yet begun.
If cancellation is requested before engraving begins, the service fee will be refunded, minus any non-refundable setup or administrative charges.
Once engraving has started, the order cannot be cancelled, and the full service fee will not be refunded.
5. Shipping and Risk of Loss
5.1 Shipping to The Company (CSI)
The Customer is responsible for securely packaging and insuring the CSI for shipment to The Company. Risk of loss or damage during inbound shipping remains with the Customer. We recommend using a trackable, insured courier service.
5.2 Return Shipping
The Company will ship the completed item back to the Customer using a recorded and insured method. Once the tracking shows the item has been delivered, risk of loss passes back to the Customer.
6. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [e.g., England and Wales, or your local state/country], and any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [e.g., England and Wales, or your local state/country].
