If a resize is not possible, we offer the following policy:
A remake of the ring is offered at 50% of the cost price plus VAT providing the original ring is returned to us.
Any personalisation of the ring or additional engraving to the standard ring will be charged again at the full price and not discounted.
Valid for 3 months from order completion.
Rings returned after 3 months that cannot be resized, may be subject to a full replacement cost. Please contact us for further assistance.
GETi Titanium and Zirconium rings have a lifetime guarantee against manufacturing and material defects excluding normal wear and tear.
We reserve the right to withdraw the guarantee for wilful damage, accidental damage, negligence by any party or any repair or alteration carried out without our approval.
