4. Product in conformity with the relevant Union harmonisation legislation:

  • Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH):

    • GETi Titanium and Black Zirconium rings are manufactured from inert metals and do not contain substances of very high concern (SVHCs) listed on the Candidate List above the threshold of 0.1% (w/w).

    • The materials used (Titanium and Zirconium) are not subject to restrictions under Annex XVII of REACH for their intended use as jewellery.

  • General Product Safety Regulation (EU) 2023/988 (GPSR) (replacing Directive 2001/95/EC on general product safety from 13 December 2024):

    • The products are designed and manufactured to ensure the safety of consumers under normal and reasonably foreseeable conditions of use.
